This is a cost that we have to pass onto our customers. I endeavour to keep this costs to a minimum and only pass on what i am paying. Please choose the correct shipping from the options given. If incorrect choice is made i do follow up and send an invoice for extra shipping.
We offer local pickup for those in the Coffs area or 2450 district. You can collect your order from my studio or markets. We offer collection at New England Collective, however, there is only one courier drop per month so wait times apply.
DOMESTIC Orders over $75 attract free postage. We ship our orders daily using Australia Post services. Tracking numbers are sent via email when your order has shipped.
We send to the address you provide at the time of ordering. If you need the address changed please email or DM via social media to arrange this. We take no responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
DOMESTIC Tracked postage in standard and large (AUSTRALIA WIDE) is a satchel with a tracking number which includes insurance up to the value of $100 and depends on the size of your order as to which we charge you. You will receive an email at the time of dispatch with tracking info and your goods will normally arrive within 5-7 working days. The tracking number can be used to locate a package and to report it lost or stolen. We take no responsibility for finding lost packages, however will do whatever we can to help you. This type of postage is the most reliable.
DOMESTIC Express Postage (AUSTRALIA WIDE) is the same as tracked postage however it is quicker. You will receive an email at the time of dispatch with tracking info and your package is likely to arrive within 2 working days, however we do not guarantee. This is the quickest form of postage we offer.
INTERNATIONAL Tracked PARCEL post (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES) is a satchel with a tracking number, which we send to you at the time of dispatch and will normally arrive within 10-14 DAYS. The tracking number can be used to locate a package and to report it lost or stolen. We take no responsibility for finding lost packages, however will do whatever we can to help you. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND TARIFFS CHARGED ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
