Returns & Refund Policy

Exchange or refunds are only issued on faulty items. No refunds or returns on Sale items. 

Address any concerns to us via email sewcontented@hotmail.com It is up to our discretion the action taken.

If your item/s require returning, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Following this we will either - 

- Fix the issue and return the item, we will pay return postage - standard parcel post

- If an exchange is possible we will replace with the same or near to same item, depending on our stock,  we will pay return postage - standard parcel post

- If no other resolution is possible we will notify of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
